Unless otherwise noted, registration includes entry to all sessions, meals and the welcome reception, as well as one free drink ticket for the Monday Evening Welcome Reception cash bar.  

 


Payment Information

When registering for the 2019 Charitable Health Care Symposium, you may pay by either credit card or check. You will indicate your payment preference during the online registration process.  To pay by credit card, you will enter your payment information on our secure site and the card will be processed electronically.

If you wish to pay by check, please make that selection during your registration process and follow the directions below:

  • Make checks payable to NAFC
  • Write the word "Symposium" in the memo section of your check
  • Enclose a copy of your Registration Confirmation with your check
  • Mail the document and check to:

  • Please note, all payments must be received by the NAFC by Friday, September 6, 2019. 
  • The last day to register for the Symposium is Friday, October 18, 2019.

 


    Group Discount

    When you begin your registration, you will have the opportunity to add additional group members.  For NAFC Members - when more than 3 people register in a group, the first 3 registrants will pay the full registration price and then any additional registrants added will be offered a discount of $25 off the registration price. 

    PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT - In order to receive a group discount, before registering please email Ariana Gordillo at ariana@nafcclinics.org with the total number of registrants in your group to receive a discount code and further instruction.  Also, this multi-registrant discount ONLY applies to NAFC Member Registration Pricing.   If you would like to add registrants after you have completed registration, please contact the NAFC office at info@nafcclinics.org.

     


    Refund Policy

    If canceled by August 15, 2019, the NAFC will refund 50% of the registration fee.  The NAFC will not refund any monies after August 15, 2019. Symposium Registrations that cannot be refunded cannot be used instead for NAFC membership.

     


    NAFC Meeting and Event Code of Conduct

    The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free Symposium experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, nationality, or political beliefs. The NAFC does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including presentations, meetings, and social events. Symposium participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the Symposium without a refund at the discretion of the NAFC Symposium organizers.     Continuing Education

    If you are interested in earning CMEs, please be sure to add this to your registration.  The fee is $95.  On-site registration will cost $120.  

    Credit Statement:  The Wake Forest School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

    Accreditation Statement:  This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Wake Forest School of Medicine and the National Association for Free and Charitable Clinics.  The Wake Forest School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

    Nursing:  AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ may be applicable for license renewal in your state.  Please check with your individual boards.
